Negroni

Equal parts gin, Campari, and sweet vermouth — bitter, boozy, and stirred rather than shaken so it stays silky.

Ingredients (per drink)

• 1.0 oz Gin
• 1.0 oz Campari
• 1.0 oz Sweet vermouth
• 1.0 whole Orange peel

Instructions

1. Fill a mixing glass with ice.
2. Add the gin, Campari, and sweet vermouth.
3. Stir for about 20 seconds until well chilled.
4. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube and garnish with an orange peel.
