Margarita

The classic three-ingredient tequila cocktail: blanco tequila, orange liqueur, and fresh lime, shaken hard and served over ice in a salt-rimmed glass.

Ingredients (per drink)

• 2.0 oz Tequila (blanco)
• 1.0 oz Triple sec / orange liqueur
• 1.0 oz Lime juice
• 1.0 whole Kosher salt (rim)

Instructions

1. Run a lime wedge around the rim of a glass and dip it in kosher salt.
2. Add the tequila, triple sec, and lime juice to a shaker with ice.
3. Shake hard for about 10 seconds, until well chilled.
4. Strain into the salt-rimmed glass over fresh ice.
